چکیده

For Y a closed normal subvariety of codimension c of a smooth C–variety X, Brylinski and Kashiwara showed in [BK81] that the local cohomology module HcY (X,OX) contains a unique simple DX– submodule, denoted by L(Y, X). In this paper the analogous result is shown for X and Y defined over a perfect field of finite characteristic. Moreover, a local construction of L(Y,X) is given, relating it to the theory of tight closure. From the construction one obtains a criterion for the DX–simplicity of H c Y (X).

On the Vanishing of Homology with Modules of Finite Length

We study the vanishing of homology and cohomology of a module of finite complete intersection dimension over a local ring. Given such a module of complexity c, we show that if c (co)homology groups with a module of finite length vanish, then all higher (co)homology groups vanish.

On generalized reduced representations of restricted Lie superalgebras in prime characteristic

Let $mathbb{F}$ be an algebraically closed field of prime characteristic $p>2$ and $(g, [p])$ a finite-dimensional restricted Lie superalgebra over $mathbb{F}$. It is showed that anyfinite-dimensional indecomposable $g$-module is a module for a finite-dimensional quotient of the universal enveloping superalgebra of $g$. These quotient superalgebras are called the generalized reduced enveloping ...

On the cyclic Homology of multiplier Hopf algebras

In this paper, we will study the theory of cyclic homology for regular multiplier Hopf algebras. We associate a cyclic module to a triple $(mathcal{R},mathcal{H},mathcal{X})$ consisting of a regular multiplier Hopf algebra $mathcal{H}$, a left $mathcal{H}$-comodule algebra $mathcal{R}$, and a unital left $mathcal{H}$-module $mathcal{X}$ which is also a unital algebra. First, we construct a para...

On Simplicial Commutative Rings with Vanishing André-quillen Homology

We propose a generalization of a conjecture of D. Quillen, on the vanishing of André-Quillen homology, to simplicial commutative rings. This conjecture characterizes a notion of local complete intersection, extended to the simplicial setting, under a suitable hypothesis on the local characteristic. Further, under the condition of finite-type homology, we then prove the conjecture in the case of...

Planarity of Intersection Graph of submodules of a Module

Let $R$ be a commutative ring with identity and $M$ be an unitary $R$-module. The intersection graph of an $R$-module $M$, denoted by $Gamma(M)$, is a simple graph whose vertices are all non-trivial submodules of $M$ and two distinct vertices $N_1$ and $N_2$ are adjacent if and only if $N_1cap N_2neq 0$. In this article, we investigate the concept of a planar intersection graph and maximal subm...
